hello.since december 2024, myself and others have been subjected to insistent stalking, harassment, defamation and slander by a creator in the sonic community.this behavior began after the creator in question inserted others and myself into a petty 7 year long unresolved conflict that had nothing to do with me or those affected.i made several attempts (8) to resolve this matter privately and asked to be left alone, but they were all disregarded. instead of a conversation, this individual and her "team" chose to surveillance, cross boundaries, slander, and harass me and other individuals for several months.this page exists to provide clarity and documentation.what follows is my response, statements from other individuals negatively impacted by this individual, and my boundaries + remarks regarding this matter.full records have been archived.i am no longer engaging with this situation.[06/12/25]

Doxxing Accusation

Note: tara (tarasdiary) claimed that I doxxed her because an involved party addressed her by her full first name in the document we (rachelsquishies & artpesrls) sent her. I did not write the introductory statement.
Tara also never told me this made her uncomfortable, especially considering that she made this information public knowledge by her own volition.In a private unrelated exchange that Tara made public, I expressed to her that my legal name being out there made me uncomfortable and she claimed she understood. I fail to believe she does, especially after implying that my username (Kestallia) was just a "nickname" and that she would "keep my legal name out of it."Tara not only made her real name public, but she said it out of her own mouth on her channel as recent as 2024, the same year she made this false accusation.

Blackmail Accusation

Note: Tara several times claimed she was blackmailed. I believe this false claim is just an attempt to further deflect accountability, as she has taken practically none. All that was asked of her was a private conversation over issues she chose to start, and for boundaries to be respected.Asking for basic human decency is not blackmail, and calling it such is DARVO.

Stalking

Note: after tara removed us from her community over issues that didn't involve us [long standing conflict with another user] and spreading misinformation to former peers, we were stalked for several months by tara and those in her space.despite expressing several times that being stalked made us uncomfortable, our boundaries were not respected.in response, we made a video addressing the behavior and establishing further boundaries.no accountability was taken, and the monitoring and character assassination continued well after.

Note: despite taras previous false claims of starting this situation [i "ignored" her picture, responding to a video meme, callling me a red flag solely due to those two instances,] the reason why this situation started is because she felt uncomfortable with luxedmoonz, and inserted me into their issues.the only situation i had full context on in regards to taras issues with luxedmoonz was the copying instances.i witnessed minor copying instances from luxedmoonz in 2015-2016 when we first met, and i was told about the 2018 copying instances by luxedmoonz in 2019.all i ever mentioned to tara in regards to luxedmoonz is copying related issues.thats all tara has been able to recount in regards to my "awareness," despite insisting i was aware of "everything [luxedmoonz] did."i also want to emphasize that tara told me the two were on good terms. she even included this recount in her "evidence" folder.i had no reason to think anything changed between them prior to dec 12th.

i believe tara came to this conclusion because i wished luxedmoonz happy birthday 2 days before the switch up on dec 12th. she most likely watched this story.ultimately, i do believe that tara jumped to conclusions. she has admitted that she wasnt clear on where the two stand with one another, and i absolutely agree.i was always under the impression that the two were either good friends or on good terms as tara told me.thats why i stressed the importance of a private conversation. it could have prevented so many miscommunications, and this entire situation overall.making assumptions and inserting people into a petty decade long feud is extremely unprofessional and creates unnecessary tension.

i was never close with this indivudal. he only followed me initially because i was one of taras artists and he liked my work.his actions were a complete shock to me. after learning about it, artpesrls and i had a long conversation with him, prompting him to apologize and move on.

My first statement is primarily filled with recounts of various discord occurances that took place in taras server.At the time of writing, I had no idea why Tara not only banned me almost immediately after working on and volunteering for Sonic at Halloween 5 with no issues (making me feel extremely used,) but attempted to slander me and spread misinformation about me to others.We've tried over 8 times to have a private conversation with Tara over her own actions, but were stonewalled every single time.This entire situation at large was because I was mutuals with luxedmoonz.I was again not fully aware of the extent of their issues, and tara was already aware that we followed eachother months before she started this situation.Their issues never concerned me because they were never my business.I also think its important to note that Taras most active community members were also following and engaging with luxedmoonz years before I even joined the community or made my account.Some as far back at 2019.Despite this, only Rachel and myself were singled out or targeted by tarasdiary, and eventually she targeted Willow for advocating for us and others.

I figured i'd leave my honest and unfiltered final thoughts here...i have never felt this disrespected in all of my life, especially when I have been nothing but kind and respectful to each and every one of you.Tara, you were already aware luxedmoonz and i were mutuals.
You and her were mutuals when you started all of this.
You literally used a screenshot stating that the two of you werent on bad terms as key evidence.All 3 of us were following eachother, and you suddenly had a problem with it.Calling me a red flag over a literal picture of a cup and claimed I "switched up" just so that you could avoid the truth; you inserted unrelated people into your 7 year petty conflict with someone you said you werent on bad terms with, is just wrong.And when you realized we werent going to stay silent after you slandered us, you thought stalking, dogpiling and harassment was the right answer as a "wholesome creator" with a "wholesome community."Also to make it about Sonic Fantasy is honestly just narcissistic. To imply we are "salty over being rejected" and thats why we "started" everything is just laughable, especially when we didnt start this, you did.Nowhere in my statements did I ever mention wanting to rejoin your community or work on your fan project after being stalked and harassed like that.The only reason I applied for episode 2 in the first place was because you used my oc in your sign up sheets.
